"It's with pleasure I write a 5-star review (for a change for a NY Region contractor) for NY Energy Project, a business that exemplifies professionalism, and impressed me at every turn. As a professional with a background in architecture and building systems (and who deals in local government with the issuance of building permits and signoffs of contractor labor), I was happy with Petar and his team at every step of my project, which was the re-insulation of a 1950s semi-detached single family two-story, four bedroom, four bath house. The work entailed 4-inch diameter holes drilled between studs for forced spray re-insulation on the ground and 2nd floors of the residential structure, plus a total re-do of the attic (14-inch depth). Petar's team handled all of the pre-approval paperwork with NYSERDA with ease and without interruption; approvals were in-hand within 72 hours. Then, on time and as promised, the NY Energy Project team arrived day-of, on time, fully prepared and ready with furniture moving capacity and protective covering for furnishings. And proceeded to re-insulate my entire home--departing by 3PM on the 2nd work day. All holes were fully spackled throughout, and all rooms were ready for sanding and re-painting in 72 hours. The entire project was 6 days: back to fully normal with re-painting and housecleaning... Monday morning start, and Saturday late afternoon finish. Petar is polite, courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient. His team members aspire to his the high bar he sets. This was a ~$9K job... well-done, fully-reimbursed. I recommend NY Energy Project for your NYC-region residential re-insulation project, wholeheartedly and without reservation... (and I seldom give out 5-stars in this urban market). Well done & thank you!"

"We've got a rather complicated unit in a townhouse with rooms that varied significantly in temperature because of poor insulation. From start to finish NY Energy Project was clear, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. They were even sweet when my kids got underfoot! I really felt listened to when discussing the particulars of our space, am impressed with the results, and would highly recommend them to anyone!"

"It's the first time I've heard of and dealt with an Energy Empower project. I am very happy to say it was a great experience working with Peter and his team. They did a fantastic job. Which is why I give them a five-star rating and I highly recommend their work. The entire team is polite, cordial and helpful. With professionalism and expertise Peter explained and walked me through everything that was going to be done in my home starting with energy assessment/improvements, checking for gas leaks, to insulation in the basement, 1st floor and 2nd floor. And Peter always reached out to answer questions and concerns about the project. Peter's work was professionally done. He was thorough and efficient from start to finish. He reviewed all the work that was done by his team and checked to see if I was satisfied with the results. The work Peter and his team did has been the best work I've ever had done in my home (even better than a restoration company that remodeled my home 20 years ago). It was a pleasure to have Peter and his team work in my home. Peter thank you very much for the great job you and your team did."

"I recently had my home insulated by NY Energy Project, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Peter and Daniel were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They took the time to walk me through the entire process, answer all my questions, and made sure I understood exactly what to expect. The whole crew was efficient, respectful of my home, and clearly dedicated to doing quality work. They arrived on time, worked diligently, and left everything spotless when they were done. Since the insulation was completed, I've noticed a huge improvement in my home's comfort and energy efficiency—it's warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. I highly recommend NY Energy Project to anyone looking for top-notch insulation services. Thank you again to Peter, Daniel, and the entire team for a job well done!"

"I just got my home insulated by NY Energy Project through the Empower+ Program. They did a Home Energy Assessment and recommended that I get my home insulated to keep me and my family warm in the winter, and cool in the summer. This will also save money on heating and cooling. The whole crew came on time and worked very hard and finished up all in one day. They cleaned up after also. I would highly recommend NY Energy Project to anyone looking for insulation services."

"I can't say enough good things about this company. Very professional, courteous and friendly. I recommend them without reservation. They showed an exceptional level of care for my property and furniture. There were 5 people at my house for 1-1/2 days. During that time they fully insulated the attic, sealing all openings etc. Then they drilled numerous holes in the walls on two floors of the house in order to pump insulation into the walls (like all houses built in the 1930's, there is no insulation in the walls). They could not go from the outside because it is brick. Holes had to be drilled between each vertical beam in order to fully insulate. All of this was done with a minimum of mess. Holes were then covered over and spackled. After all the work was done everything was cleaned, swept and vacuumed. All my furniture, mirrors, paintings, etc were put back exactly as they were. They even mopped the floors on their way out. All I needed to do after they left was what amounted to a normal dusting and the house was back to normal. Experience was way beyond my expectations."
Lisa Hosein
