"It's with pleasure I write a 5-star review (for a change for a NY Region contractor) for NY Energy Project, a business that exemplifies professionalism, and impressed me at every turn. As a professional with a background in architecture and building systems (and who deals in local government with the issuance of building permits and signoffs of contractor labor), I was happy with Petar and his team at every step of my project, which was the re-insulation of a 1950s semi-detached single family two-story, four bedroom, four bath house. The work entailed 4-inch diameter holes drilled between studs for forced spray re-insulation on the ground and 2nd floors of the residential structure, plus a total re-do of the attic (14-inch depth). Petar's team handled all of the pre-approval paperwork with NYSERDA with ease and without interruption; approvals were in-hand within 72 hours. Then, on time and as promised, the NY Energy Project team arrived day-of, on time, fully prepared and ready with furniture moving capacity and protective covering for furnishings. And proceeded to re-insulate my entire home--departing by 3PM on the 2nd work day. All holes were fully spackled throughout, and all rooms were ready for sanding and re-painting in 72 hours. The entire project was 6 days: back to fully normal with re-painting and housecleaning... Monday morning start, and Saturday late afternoon finish. Petar is polite, courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient. His team members aspire to his the high bar he sets. This was a ~$9K job... well-done, fully-reimbursed. I recommend NY Energy Project for your NYC-region residential re-insulation project, wholeheartedly and without reservation... (and I seldom give out 5-stars in this urban market). Well done & thank you!"
